PAMPAT Morocco (from the French acronym Projet d’Accès au Marché pour les Produits Agroalimentaires et du Terroir) has been launched today in Agadir. The project is funded, for a duration of four years, by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and implemented by UNIDO (the United Nations Industrial Development Organization). It aims to improve the performance, market access and socio-economic conditions of the argan oil and the prickly pear value chains in Morocco.

The PAMPAT project aligns with and supports the strategy for the development of terroir products, established in the Pillar 2 of the Green Morocco Plan.
