Hygienic and food security standards coaching

As part of the support provided to argan oil producers for their compliance with respect to the law 28/07 (food safety), training, coaching and monitoring sessions are organized by the PAMPAT team.

The objectives of these sessions are to introduce producers to the terminology of the law 28/07, to explain in Amazigh and Arabic the definitions integrated in the manual of good practices of hygiene and safety, and familiarize them with traceability and tracking schemes.

Thirty cooperatives and small producers, within the argan oil production area, benefit from this coaching to integrate quality and traceability in their daily production.
